Our offices are designed to help you deliver outstanding clinical outcomes while creating an exceptional patient experience. Technology & Equipment Include:

- Cone Beam CT (CBCT)
- Intraoral scanners
- Digital radiography throughout the practice
- Modern, well-equipped operatories
With streamlined systems and advanced technology in place, you'll spend less time dealing with inefficiencies and more time focusing on patient care.
Walk Into an Established Patient BaseYou'll join a busy, successful practice with:
- Strong and consistent new-patient flow

Our team handles the operational details so you can concentrate on what you do best—providing exceptional dentistry.
Compensation & Benefits :- $1,000 guaranteed daily minimum
- 32% of production (whichever is greater)
- Established patient base with strong daily production
- High-volume schedule designed to maximize your earning potential
Our providers typically produce $5,000–$8,000+ per day, giving motivated dentists the opportunity to earn well beyond the guaranteed daily minimum.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active North Carolina dental license or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong clinical foundation and commitment to quality care
- Patient-first mindset and excellent communication skills
- Interest in modern digital dentistry
- Team-oriented attitude and collaborative approach
