Join Our Team at Mountain View Regional Medical Center: CRNAs
Mountain View Regional Medical Center is seeking dedicated and collaborative CRNAs to join our team. Work independently to the top of your license in a collegial environment that prioritizes inter-professional collaboration for optimal patient care. Our team comprises 17 CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists committed to professional growth and development. Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation package ranging from $380,000 to $400,000+
-W-2 or 1099
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work with excellent surgeons and a top-notch OR team in a supportive environment that values CRNAs
- Opportunity for OB and Cardiac only practice
- Practice independently and work to the top of your license
- Experience a collaborative and supportive work environment with a strong emphasis on professional growth and development

- mentorship for new employees to upskill and learn regional blocks and lines. Requirements:
- NBCRNA Certification (or in the process of certification)
- Valid New Mexico license
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
