At least 2 years current experience First Assist experience with DaVinci Robot, Ortho Spine, Gynecology, Neurology, and General Surgery Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Spine and Neurosurgery instrument experience CNOR certificuation Strong physician relationship and communication skills List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Lumbar/Cervical Spine procedures Spinal Fusion and Instrumentation Cases Robotic General, Gynecological and Urological procedures Craniotomy and Neurosurgery Procedures Best personality Fit: Surgical anticipatory skills, strong communication and critical thinking skills, self-directed, collaborative REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: RN license, RNFA certification; BLS/ACLS Floating Area(s): Los Robles Hospital main OR and Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital (TOSH). Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - hospital provided scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
