Position Summary
The Case Manager plays a key role in helping prospective clients move forward with legal services. This person will build relationships with potential clients, answer questions, explain the engagement process, address concerns, and guide them through the decision-making process with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultations & Conversion
- Speak with prospective clients following their initial inquiry or consultation.
- Build trust, understand client needs, and explain how the firm's services can help.
- Review engagement details, payment information, and next steps.
- Confidently ask for the client's commitment and assist with onboarding.
- Address questions and concerns related to cost, timing, or other factors influencing their decision.
- Provide guidance in a professional, ethical, and consultative manner.
Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
- Manage prospective clients from initial handoff through engagement or closure.
- Maintain consistent follow-up through phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and next steps.
- Ensure prospects receive timely communication and a positive experience throughout the process.
