Senior Wealth Advisor & Practice Lead - Wealth Management/ Personal Strategy - Nationwide Remote

Senior Wealth Advisor, Practice Lead We empower clients to reach financial freedom. As a Senior Wealth Advisor, you will lead a dedicated client practice team, serve as the primary point of contact for mass affluent households, and help clients grow and safeguard their net assets through personalized financial and investment advice. Responsibilities Lead advisory services for a book of Empower clients, collaborating closely with a Wealth Advisor and Client Experience Specialist. Provide first‑class client experience, including onboarding, financial planning, and investor education, via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Retain and grow assets under management through proactive communication, education, and responsiveness. Act as liaison between clients and internal departments within Empower Personal Wealth. Explain and recommend the “Personal Strategy” investment approach, adjusting portfolios to align with clients’ goals and risk tolerance. Deliver holistic financial planning on retirement, income optimization, tax‑advantaged savings, and educational planning. Delegate, coach, and train team members and resources as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in financial services with direct client contact. Advanced knowledge of wealth‑management strategies, financial planning, tax and income optimization, and estate planning. Experience managing a client book in a wealth‑management setting. Exceptional client consultation skills, building long‑term relationships and trust. Ability to navigate multiple client needs, meet multi‑product goals, and present investment portfolios. FINRA Series65 certification required. FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire. What Sets You Apart Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented and able to manage many time‑sensitive tasks. Pro‑active self‑starter with strong situational awareness. Strong organizational and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and other record‑keeping systems. What We Offer You Competitive base salary ($87,400–$123,400; bonus potential). Health, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401(k) plan with company matching up to 6% and discretionary contributions. Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year. Paid time off, 10 company holidays, and 3 floating holidays each calendar year. Paid volunteer time (16 hours per year). Paid parental leave and short‑ and long‑term disability. Family and Medical Leave (FMLA). Business‑casual environment and flexible work options. Business Resource Groups to support inclusion and collaboration.
