About the Role
The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President to spearhead and expand operations within the Midwest region. The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of treatment and service facilities, with a focus on driving financial performance, ensuring consistent operational execution, and integrating newly acquired businesses. This role demands a hands-on leader with a strong background in industrial, environmental, or chemical processing environments, who can lead a multi-site network, own full P&L performance, and translate complex customer requirements into safe and compliant operational solutions. The Regional Vice President will also be instrumental in leading a team of General Managers, driving standardization, and continuous improvement, and maintaining a strong field presence to ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline such as chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or mechanical engineering, and have a minimum of 10 years' progressive operations leadership experience. The role requires a proven track record of leading multiple facilities or business units with full P&L accountability, as well as the ability to influence and lead in both field operations and executive settings. Experience in complex, regulated environments, and a strong understanding of safety and compliance expectations are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading through growth, change, or acquisition-driven environments, and be comfortable with a high-travel role that involves regular on-site engagement across the region.
