About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be a strategic and operational leader, overseeing a diverse portfolio of operations and shaping the systems, processes, and long-term strategies that ensure future success. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include leading all retail support operations, providing executive leadership for a large team, and partnering with the executive team to establish and execute operational plans. The role also involves driving operational excellence, building scalable systems, and advancing sustainability strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), over 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, and a proven track record of leading large operational teams through periods of growth and change. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Operations position at the company will be a strategic thinker, a systems-oriented leader, and a collaborative executive with a strong mission-minded focus. They should be highly accountable, data-driven, and committed to continuous improvement. While experience in retail, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or nonprofit organizations is beneficial, it is not required. The role demands a leader who is a change agent, embraces innovation, and is dedicated to creating a meaningful impact in the community.
