2500 North Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL, USA Restaurant Closing Manager We are seeking a Restaurant Closing Manager to oversee the closing operations of our restaurant, including preparation for the opening shift. The role requires working late nights and ensuring a seamless transition between closing and opening periods. Responsibilities Supervise the closing procedures of the restaurant. Ensure all closing tasks are completed accurately and on time. Prepare the restaurant for opening shift, including kitchen prep and cleanliness. Monitor inventory and restock as needed. Maintain safety and compliance standards during closing hours. Qualifications 2‑3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience. Valid U.S. work authorization. Availability to work late nights and a flexible schedule. Basic knowledge of food safety and inventory control. Strong organizational and communication skills.
