What You’ll Do: Client Care & Sales Support (Primary Focus) Serve as the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text Build relationships with prospective and existing customers Educate customers on our lawn, shrub, and outdoor services Assist customers with service recommendations and customized solutions Generate and follow up on sales opportunities and customer inquiries Support customer retention and renewal efforts Maintain accurate customer records and document all communications Coordinate scheduling and assist with day-to-day office operations Process customer payments and support Accounts Receivable functions Send invoices, statements, and payment reminders Respond to billing and account inquiries professionally and promptly Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Participate in ongoing training and professional development We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has an upbeat, positive attitude and enjoys helping people Is confident speaking with customers and identifying their needs Possesses strong customer service and relationship-building skills Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Has excellent written and verbal communication skills Is professional and confident on the telephone Is comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and texting platforms Is tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software systems Has 2+ years of customer service, sales support, administrative, or account management experience Has experience following up on leads, customer inquiries, or service recommendations Is self‑motivated with strong follow‑through skills Works well independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour 401(k) with company match Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Paid training Professional development opportunities Employee discounts Referral program Supportive, family‑oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule Monday–Friday Seasonal Saturdays as needed Occasional overtime during peak season Work Location In Person – Wall, NJ 07727 #J-18808-Ljbffr
