Clinical 707 Broadway Suite 401 Albuquerque, NM 87107, USA Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Clinical Supervisor (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling and will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to the clinical staff. This role requires a compassionate clinical supervisor who is committed to fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff. Full-Time Requirements Independent Clinical Licensure Required - LPCC, LCSW, LMFT Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field. Valid independent clinical licensure. Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and crisis intervention strategies. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations. Duties Support clinical staff in providing individual and group counseling sessions. Implement behavior management strategies to enhance client outcomes. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality. Experience in behavioral health settings preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
