Since 1989 building relationships that last. Position Summary: The primary role of the Assistant Operations Manager is to make it possible for employees to function effectively and efficiently. The role creates and maintains a pleasant work environment, ensuring elevated levels of organizational effectiveness and clear communication among all departments. Works closely with upper management to discuss company needs and guide employees in accordance with company policies. Will also oversee the hiring and training of all employees. Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Strong work ethic is essential along with an energetic, motivational, and professional management style. Must be able to implement process change with a wide range of user skills. Will need to host office meetings and conduct performance reviews. Responsible for overseeing corporate budget to maintain company’s financial health. This is an on-site role in Upland, CA KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency Prepare monthly/weekly operational reports to ensure efficiency Manage staff performance evaluations Oversee recruiting Organize orientation and training of new staff members Coach, mentor, and train office staff Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping and filing structure Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data Design and implement office policies and procedures Monitor and review internal processes Handle employee inquiries and direct to proper procedure Maintain a safe and secure working environment Some travel will be required to Branch offices Education and Qualifications: 3-5 years of management experience Bachelor’s in business management or administration preferred Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures Knowledge of human resources management practices and labor law requirements Knowledge of business and management principles Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages including MS Office 365 Key Skills and Competencies: Outstanding communication and people skills Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Strong work ethic and time management Delegation of authority and responsibility Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Takes initiative and is resourceful #J-18808-Ljbffr
