Our AI-native product and operations power our full-stack auto retail business, serving EV buyers and sellers across the nation, both online and offline.
Based out of San Francisco and expanding nationwide, we are backed by leading investors and led by former tech & automotive professionals from Uber, Tesla, Rivian, Lithia, Penske, Carvana, Lyft, Meta, J.P. Morgan, BCG, and more. After our recently completed Series A financing, we have raised $100M in total equity and debt funding. We are growing rapidly and actively recruiting exceptional talent to join our mission of building the next-generation auto retail platform.
What You'll Do
- Guide customers through the EV buying journey, both in-person and remotely
- Respond to inbound leads and proactively follow up with prospects
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
- Drive vehicles between showroom and storage lots
- Educate customers on EV technology, incentives, charging, and ownership costs
- Build trust through a consultative, no-pressure sales approach
- Close deals and hit monthly volume and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Partner closely with BDC, Finance, and Delivery teams
- Provide feedback to Product and Ops on customer needs and objections
- Represent Ever's brand and values on the showroom floor
Qualifications & Fit
- 15+ years of automotive or consultative sales experience
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean, acceptable driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with a relationship-driven approach
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Comfortable selling both in-person and digitally
- Coachable, motivated, and competitive
- Organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Passion for EVs and sustainable transportation
Technical Skills
- Experience using CRM tools (VinSolutions, eLead, etc.)
- Comfort with digital retail platforms and e-signature tools
- Ability to manage leads across multiple channels
- Strong written communication (email & SMS)
- Basic understanding of financing workflows a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while assisting customers on the showroom floor and during vehicle demonstrations
- Ability to enter, exit, and operate vehicles safely, including occasional driving for vehicle demonstrations, deliveries, or movement between locations
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds, including marketing materials, customer items, and light showroom supplies
