Front of House Manager – Touch of Italy Lewes

Touch of Italy is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager for our Lewes location.

We’re looking for a hands-on restaurant professional who leads from the floor, delivers excellent hospitality, and keeps busy shifts running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Manage daily front-of-house operations
Maintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor
Ensure excellent service and promptly resolve guest concerns
Manage reservations, seating, wait times, and guest flow
Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain service timing
Complete opening, closing, cash-handling, and manager procedures
Monitor staffing levels, labor costs, and overtime
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization
Ensure food-safety and responsible alcohol-service standards are followed

Qualifications

Restaurant management or strong FOH supervisory experience
Full-service, high-volume restaurant experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and make decisions during busy shifts
Toast POS experience is a plus
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
