Operations ManagerJoin a caring local company - we're hiring! We are a local family-owned and operated company seeking an Operations Manager in Southern Delaware. We specialize in downsizing, senior relocation services, clean outs and online auctions. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to provide a valuable service to those in your community! You may be a great fit if you:Believe people matterAre a great listener and communicatorAre curious but never judgmentalAre very organized and can multitaskA problem solverLove to manage a caring teamHave an entrepreneurial spiritJob description (including, but not limited to):Manage our cleanout, auction and move teams, including developing project plans, staff scheduling, logistics, and supplies managementClient management through the move, cleanout and auction processProvide quality control and training of team membersMoving supplies/moving boxes within the client's homeSort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or soldSafely pack and unpack goodsDelivery to thrift stores and disposal of unwanted itemsAnd more, no 2 days are alike!Start hourly transferring to salary with quarterly bonuses based on company performanceJob requirements (including, but not limited to):Minimum 5 years management experienceMust be well organized and effectively communicate directions to team members and clientsMust have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportationMust be able to stand and work for long periods of timeMust be able to properly lift up to 30 poundsMust have computer skillsAuction, online selling experience is preferredApply today to join our team of caring relocation experts!
