About Our Agency:
I've been in the insurance industry since 2012 and opened my State Farm agency in 2020. Our team includes four full-time employees, one part-time team member, and myself a group that takes pride in providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships with our customers. Role Description:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Zach Butler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
