Phlebotomist Float

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist Float in Johnson City, Tennessee to perform blood collections and specimen processing across multiple clinic locations. Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and similar analyses
• Accurately enter patient information and maintain specimen logs
• Process billing information and collect patient payments as required
• Prepare collected specimens for laboratory testing and analysis

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification, completed training program, or 3+ months phlebotomy experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass color blindness test
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently or in team environment with minimal supervision
