Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (18:30–07:00) | Multiple schedule options available (36/36, 36/48, and 48/48)
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting across night shift hours
Float to other units as needed based on census and staffing requirements
Rotate weekends and holidays as part of standard scheduling expectations
Actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside the provision of clinical care
Complete required orientation modules, including online CBLs, during the designated orientation period
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
AHA BLS certification required (AHA is the only accepted form — no substitutions)
NIHSS certification required
Must complete Relias EKG testing within 72 hours of signing; two attempts allowed — failure to complete or pass will result in cancellation
Must be available to complete a drug test within 12–14 calendar days prior to start date, with availability for a potential second lab visit if needed
Facial hair must be trimmed or removed to meet CDC guidelines for fit testing
Must live at least 100 miles from the facility's service area to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills
AHA ACLS certification preferred (AHA is the only accepted form — no substitutions)
Prior experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
Comfort with floating to multiple units and adapting to varying patient census needs
