Maintenance Coordinator (M-F Days)

This working coordinator provides custodial services, maintenance services and coordination of contractors for a single, beautiful, office building. This is a Monday-Friday position (days) - Full time, 35 hours per week. Responsibilities include:

• Opening of the building - daily (M-F)
• Monitor and order custodial supplies and office supplies as needed
• Coordinate facility preventative maintenance work, inspections, repairs, improvements, trash pickup, shredding and other work related to the building. - 
• Identify areas of concern in the building and arrange contractors for repairs.
• Maintenance and cleaning of floors throughout the building
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and restroom facilities throughout the building.
• Trash collection

Qualifications:

Two years custodial or maintenance experience with experience identifying issues of concern in building maintenance

Regular and reliable attendance is essential

Self-motivated, able to work independently

Ability to effectively utilize a computer

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to meet deadlines
