Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Comfort with both group and individual therapy
• Sensitivity to and understanding of diverse student backgrounds
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
• Engage in multi-disciplinary meetings to review and support student needs
• Deliver both direct intervention and consultation services within the school setting
• Provide guidance and resources to parents and teachers regarding communication challenges
