Key Qualifications:

• Active and current SLP license required
• Previous experience in a school-based role preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
• Passion for facilitating student growth in communication and literacy

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct intervention services, both individually and in group settings
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer strategies and resources for teachers to use in the classroom
