HR Project Manager

Project ManagerProject Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Lead project kick-off meetings and regular status meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues promptly.Manage project scope changes and ensure appropriate documentation and approvals.Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and company standards.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with HR business partners, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment.Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.Manage vendor relationships when applicable.HR Application Management:Gain a deep understanding of the company's HR corporate applications (e.g., HRIS, talent management systems, payroll systems).Partner with HR teams to identify and implement process improvements through technology solutions.Oversee application upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.Ensure data integrity and security within HR applications.Oversee testing, and user acceptance testing.Team Leadership:Lead and motivate project teams, including internal and external resources.Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project deliverables are met.Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.Potentially manage Business analysts assigned to projects.Documentation and Reporting:Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and lessons learned.Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.Ensure accurate and timely tracking of project metrics and KPIs.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HR or IT field.Proven experience managing HR corporate application projects (e.g., HRIS implementations, talent management system upgrades).Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).Skills: Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Understanding of HR data privacy and security requirements.Strong understanding of software development life cycle.Experience with change management.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with specific HR applications (e.g., Workday, Anaplan, Oracle HCM).Experience with Agile methodologies.Key Competencies:Strategic ThinkingResults OrientationCommunication and CollaborationProblem Solving and Decision MakingChange ManagementOrganizational skills.
