SUMMARY
Seeking an experienced HR Manager (Benefits) for a temporary assignment with the possibility of transitioning into a long-term leadership role. This individual will play a key role in overseeing open enrollment, coordinating vendor setup, and driving forward the upcoming 2026 benefit program rollout. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives while supporting core benefits operations.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate open enrollment activities, ensuring smooth execution and employee support.
- Oversee vendor and carrier setup, maintaining accurate data and system integration.
- Support the rollout of the 2026 benefits program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Complete and monitor audit processes to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance overall benefits administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong background in HR operations with a focus on employee benefits.
- Proven success in managing open enrollment and benefits program implementations.
- Experience working with vendors, carriers, and third-party administrators.
- Skilled in benefits project management and compliance monitoring.
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule after initial onsite training period.
