What You'll Do: Serve as a trusted HR resource by supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations and ensuring positive employee experience. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records while ensuring data integrity across HR systems. Respond to employee and candidate inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, onboarding, and hiring processes. Partner with external vendors and benefits providers to support health, disability, retirement, and other employee benefit programs. Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation, helping new employees feel welcomed and set up for success. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including benefits enrollment, company meetings, recognition programs, holiday celebrations, retirement events, and other special projects. Collaborate with HR leadership on departmental initiatives and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction. Support additional HR projects and responsibilities as the department continues to grow. 3+ years of Human Resources experience - Required Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn HR systems, including ADP and other HRIS platforms.
