We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant in Fort Worth, TX to join our team and play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations and maintaining the accuracy of our financial records. This position is responsible for general ledger management, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing activities, invoice processing, vendor management, payment processing, and ensuring compliance with established accounting policies and internal controls. The ideal candidate will investigate and resolve discrepancies, maintain organized financial documentation, support external audits, and help ensure accurate audit trails across all transactions. In this role, you will work closely with vendors and internal departments to process invoices, manage payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with 1099 reporting while helping prevent duplicate payments and fraud. Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with accounting software such as Sage 50, QuickBooks, or similar systems, with the ability to accurately manage financial transactions and reconciliations.

• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.

• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
