As a Sushi Chef at Raw Sushi Bistro, you’ll play a key role in crafting fresh, high-quality sushi dishes that delight our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting sushi and other Japanese-inspired dishes with precision and artistry.
• Ensuring all food preparation meets our high standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
• Managing inventory and ensuring the freshness of ingredients.
• Assisting with menu development and introducing creative ideas to enhance the dining experience.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
• Exceptional knife skills and a deep understanding of sushi preparation techniques.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays.
• A strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
