Our Mediterranean fast casual restaurant is looking for a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our team. What You'll Be Doing: As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals that keep our customers coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure every dish meets our standards.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy service times.
- Assisting with inventory management and food storage to maintain freshness and quality.
We’re seeking someone with:
- At least 3 years of experience in a kitchen or culinary setting.
- A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A passion for Mediterranean cuisine (or a willingness to learn!).
