Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Services Technician for a full-time contract opportunity in Fremont, CA . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented manufacturing professional with prior hands-on experience in a high-volume electric vehicle production environment and a strong understanding of fast-paced assembly operations, lean manufacturing practices, quality standards, and production KPI accountability.

The Assembly Services Technician will support assembly, packing, shipping, production coordination, and inventory accuracy for custom-built solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Assemble products according to certified assembly procedures, customer specifications, and established quality standards.
- Pack and ship completed assemblies while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery.
- Support production planning by preparing job instruction packets and coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and proper documentation throughout the production process.
- Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, manufacturing guidelines, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while meeting daily production targets.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $25.00 to $27.50 per hour.
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract/Temporary.
- Schedule: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Location: Fremont, CA 94538.
