Job Title: Entry-Level Assembler
We are looking to hire Entry-Level Assemblers to join our growing team and start a career in manufacturing. In this role, youll help build and test battery systems used in advanced satellite technology. No prior experience is required- just a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

What Youll Do

• Assemble battery components by following simple instructions and diagrams
• Use basic hand tools to carefully put together small parts
• Run basic tests to make sure batteries are working correctly
• Inspect your work to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Record simple production and test information
• Help identify and report any issues, with support from your team
• Follow safety guidelines while working with equipment and materials
• Work with your team to keep production running smoothly

Shift:

• 8:30AM - 5:00PM ( Monday - Friday)

Essential Skills

• No experience required - training will be provided
• Comfortable working with your hands and small components
• Able to follow instructions and stay organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and team-oriented with a willingness to learn

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Interest in electronics, computers, and technology.
• Individuals who enjoy detailed, hands-on work through hobbies, personal projects, education, or previous experience, such as building PCs, working with electronics, crafting, sewing, jewelry making, nail artistry, or related activities, may be a great fit for this position.

Work Environment
The role is based in a climate-controlled, cleanroom manufacturing facility in Homestead, Florida. Employees work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and must comply with all cleanroom and PPE requirements, including wearing smocks, hair nets, beard nets, and shoe covers. The environment emphasizes Good Manufacturing Practices, adherence to written procedures, and consistent use of computers and basic hand tools to support precise, high-quality production work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Homestead, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
