Substance Use Treatment Support

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Substance Use Treatment Support professional to assist clients engaged in recovery services within our mission-driven, faith-based nonprofit. In this role, you’ll provide direct support through group activities, skill-building, and recovery coaching while helping clients access resources, appointments, and community supports. You will collaborate with clinicians and case managers, document client progress, and help maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact, grow professionally, and advance social justice in behavioral health and community-based care.
