Digital Project Manager

About the Role A project manager at Americaneagle.com leads projects from contract signing through the system development lifecycle. They act as the primary liaison between Americaneagle.com and clients, managing budgets, timelines, risks, scope, and quality deliverables. The role varies across industries and technologies, offering exposure to diverse challenges and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Project managers handle daily tasks such as planning sprint, attending scrums, reviewing prototypes, building status reports, and engaging with clients. Responsibilities Track and measure project status. Communicate with clients via status calls, emails, and weekly reports. Ensure quality deliverables are produced. Manage project budget, scope, backlog, and change request process. Implement best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure timely completion and archiving of projects. Manage risks, blockers, and escalations. Act as liaison between clients and development team. Participate in kickoff, requirement, status, demo, and training meetings with clients. Qualifications 2+ years of project management experience in a digital agency or corporate environment. Ability to meet internal and client deadlines. Strong multitasking skills and independence. Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus. Self‑management, initiative, and responsibility for tasks. Experience with CMS or e‑commerce platforms such as Sitefinity, Sitecore, WordPress, Kentico, or BigCommerce is a plus. The US‑based salary range for this full‑time position is $60,000–$100,000 per year. Pay is determined by skills, experience, and relevant training.
