Pay Range (depending on experience): LPN: $33.00 - $39.44/hr (plus shift differential) RN: $40.00 - $48.62/hr (plus shift differential) RN, BSN: $42.00 - $50.62/hr (plus shift differential) As a Nurse on our Respiratory Care Unit at Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients. The Respiratory Unit is a specialty unit providing care to patients with ALS, Traumatic Brain Injury and Ventilator Dependency. The desired candidate will have a passion for caring for residents needing 24-hour critical care in a long-term care environment. Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Stay up to date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Valid MA RN or LPN nursing License
• 1 year of experience is preferred but will consider a new graduate nurse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Required Licenses & Certifications:

• CPR Certification
• Licensed Practical Nurse
• Registered Nurse
