We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced bilingual paralegal to join our supportive legal team in Woodbridge, Virginia, on a full-time IN PERSON basis.*This is not a remote position*Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years of immigration experience;Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in additional languages being a strong advantage;Positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor;Highly organized and able to manage multiple administrative tasks;Excellent writing skills and proficiency in English;EOIR experience is mandatory (MCH & IH).Responsibilities:Ensuring effective communication within the firm and with external contacts;Maintaining accurate record-keeping, scheduling meetings, and processing applications;Utilizing Microsoft Office and learning new software as needed;Supporting attorneys in the preparation, filing, and tracking of various immigration applications and petitions, and gathering supporting documents;Other duties as assigned.Application Process:This is not an entry-level position; therefore, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of immigration experience.
