Must be capable of using a variety of test equipment, logging information in technical databases and have a basic understanding of engineering schematics.Advanced troubleshooting skills are required. This should include troubleshooting product, subassembly, and circuit board failures to component level. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.Essential Functions:Responsible for conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products.Must be capable of using a variety of test equipment, logging information in technical databases and have a basic understanding of engineering schematics.Advanced troubleshooting skills are required.Provide training to less experienced techniciansMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.Qualifications:Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experiencePreferred Additional Skills:Intermediate circuit and systems understanding. Intermediate knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory; associate degree (technical discipline) is preferredElectronics / RF or Digital Troubleshooting Experience preferred.Experience with L3Harris RFCD products and assembly processes is preferredAble to perform LabVIEW driven automated testsFamiliar with test equipment, i.e. Signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzersAble to read and understand schematic diagramsMS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong Customer focusCapable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvementsFamiliarity with basic computer software such as Microsoft Word and ExcelIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state $49,500 - $91,500.
