Your Responsibilities

* Identify potential healthcare candidates leveraging our proprietary platform alongside your existing network

* Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening

* Follow up with prospects to nurture their interest and facilitate the hiring journey

* Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your outreach

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only opportunity driven by performance. This means your earning potential is limitless, with no barriers to your success.

You will be compensated based on tangible results:

* Commission for each qualifying meeting you arrange
