What you'll do:

• Source prospective healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform combined with your personal network
• Approach potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and gauge their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening
• Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and assist throughout the hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your leads
