Your Responsibilities

* Engage potential candidates to present MLR's opportunities and evaluate their interest

* Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings

* Keep in touch with leads to sustain their interest and guide them through the hiring process

* Ensure that our applicant tracking system is current and precise

* Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and hires that arise from your leads
