Roof Repair Technician Experience Required

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair roof systems including asphalt shingles, TPO, modified bitumen, and other common materials.
- Perform leak investigations and execute permanent, warrantied repairs.
- Complete small scope roof replacements or system upgrades when necessary.
- Install and repair flashing, vents, drip edge, and other roof components.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on siding, gutters, and windows as needed.
- Provide on-site evaluations and assist with estimating repairs or service work.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers about scope of work and findings.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company standards for job site safety.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, materials used, and repairs completed.
- Keep service truck stocked, organized, and maintained.
- Proven experience in roofing (repairs, maintenance, and installations).
- Familiarity with multiple roofing systems (shingle, flat, low-slope, etc.).
- Ability to diagnose leaks and perform quality, lasting repairs.
- Experience with siding, gutters, and windows is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team.
