As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you are more than a caregiver, you are a trusted advocate, a compassionate leader, and an important part of each resident’s care journey. • Provide skilled nursing care while promoting resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

• Perform assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition

• Collaborate with Registered Nurses, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality resident care

• Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with nursing standards

• Serve as a compassionate resource and advocate for residents’ needs

• Be part of a team where your work is recognized and appreciated

• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
