This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in accounting fundamentals. You'll work directly with our Senior Accountant, learning the ins and outs of AP, reconciliations, and close support in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and energized by a real workload from day one, this is the role for you.ResponsibilitiesInvoice intake, coding, and entry across multiple entities in NetSuiteVendor communication — onboarding new vendors, collecting W-9s, resolving payment inquiriesPayment processing and approval routing via Ramp — approximately 170 invoices/monthCredit card transaction review and coding — approximately 850 transactions/monthNew vendor account setup for entities in pre-open stagesContract and document organizationSupport bank reconciliations across 15+ accountsAssist with month-end close prep — tie-outs, reconciliations, and work paper organizationHelp maintain prepaid and accrual schedulesSupport journal entry preparation and postingAd hoc reporting and analysis as neededQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field1-2 years of accounting or Accounts Payable experience (internships count!)Exposure to NetSuite or a similar ERP is a plus, not requiredStrong AI proficiency — comfortable using AI tools to automate tasks, improve workflows, and increase outputProficient in Excel — comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and basic data cleansingClose attention to detail and eagerness to manage volumeStrong communicator — comfortable with vendor-facing interactionsComfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving processesCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $75,000 - $85,000Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance availableComplimentary unlimited admission to Bathhouse & guest passes50% discount on services, retail products, and restaurant offerings
