Overview This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients as a Housekeeper at Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri - Saint Robert. In this role, the Housekeeper will assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for adolescents facing behavioral challenges and medically complex physical conditions. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and facilities to ensure a hygienic environment. Follow established protocols for cleaning and disinfecting equipment and furnishings, adhering to infection control standards and hospital policies. Ensure all supplies and materials are stocked and available to meet the needs of patients and staff. Collaborate with nursing and healthcare staff to respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for patients. Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid Missouri Driver's License At least twenty-one (21) years of age Experience in a mental health setting (preferably with adolescents), and knowledge of child/adolescent growth and development, and the ability to relate to adolescents with substance abuse or mental health problems is preferred.
