Johnson County Government is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join the Department of Human Resources. The role provides day-to-day HR support, partners with DAO leaders, and guides strategic people initiatives across the organization. The HRBP collaborates with COEs and DAOs to optimize performance, ensure compliant policy implementation, and drive engagement.
