This is a temporary position and will be for 4-6 months. Pay rate is $18-22/hr (Depending upon Experience).
Job Responsibilities
• Support accounting with filing documents and data entry.
• Assist in maintaining records.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and customers in person or on the phone, answering or directing inquires as well as understanding all functionality of the phone systems.
• Providing administrative support to other departments as needed.
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
• Must possess High School diploma and 1-2 years of experience in office setting/customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well as presentation skills.
• Always deliver excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs; including Word, Excel, etc.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
