Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working in pediatric settings, preferably in schools
• Strong evaluation, diagnostic, and therapy planning skills
• Excellent communication abilities with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group therapy to students with speech, language, voice, fluency, or communication disorders
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to the IEP goals of each student

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an expert resource for speech and language concerns
