About the Role – Millwright
Millwrights at Polk Mechanical play a vital role in supporting complex industrial operations. You'll use a variety of methods and techniques to:
- Lay out, install, align, repair, overhaul, and maintain industrial machinery, equipment, and systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine the scope of repairs, materials or parts needed, and estimated completion time
- Interpret technical manuals, shop directives, and multi-view blueprints to identify critical dimensions and reference points
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in the millwright trade
- Strong mechanical knowledge and blueprint reading skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
