Responsibilities:

• Prepare and hand-craft pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas with consistency and speed during service
• Manage pizza oven temperatures and monitor cook times for optimal results
• Maintain a clean and organized pizza station throughout each shift
• Assist with prep work including sauce preparation, ingredient portioning, and stocking toppings
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen, pizza-making, or food service role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
