Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient/Lymphedema

Gold Beach, Oregon
15+ Week Contract | Full-Time

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a unique Outpatient assignment in Gold Beach, OR. This position is ideal for an OT with lymphedema certification who is interested in helping build and grow a lymphedema program within the community.

This role will primarily be based in Gold Beach with floating to Brookings as needed. The facility is looking for a therapist who is confident working independently and passionate about providing specialized care in a smaller coastal community setting.

Assignment Details

• Setting: Outpatient
• Specialty Focus: Lymphedema
• Contract Length: Minimum 15 weeks
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Flexible start dates within 30 days of 09/14 will be considered
• Schedule Options:
  • 4x10s preferred
  • Potential for 8-hour shifts across similar days depending on therapist preference
  • Likely Saturday–Tuesday schedule
• Primary Location: Gold Beach, OR
• Float Requirement: Brookings, OR as needed

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and related conditions
• Assist with development and growth of the lymphedema program
• Develop individualized treatment plans and patient education programs
• Collaborate with providers and rehab team to improve patient outcomes
• Complete timely documentation and maintain productivity standards

Requirements

• Current Oregon OT license required
• BLS required
• Lymphedema certification/specialist experience required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
