What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population in a busy hospital setting
• Manage post-operative Urology patients, including robotic and open surgeries
• Handle general medical/surgical overflow cases, including sepsis, cellulitis, and DVT/PE
• Assist with post-op care for total joints, gastrointestinal, and abdominal surgeries
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, administer pain management, and manage wound care including JP drains and wound vacs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including hospitalists, RT, PT, OT, and specialists
• Float across various medical/surgical units as needed

What You Need

• Current RN licensure in State or relevant compact license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• 2+ years of recent acute care RN experience, including Med/Surg
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam prior to start date
• Strong skills in wound management, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and pain management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
