Clearly explain system issues so homeowners understand their options. Recommend repairs, maintenance improvements, or replacement solutions when appropriate. Identify opportunities to improve comfort, reliability, and system performance. Maintain professional documentation using ServiceTitan. Represent Leonard Splaine professionally inside customers’ homes. Who Succeeds Here Strong diagnostic ability across heating and cooling systems. Pride in workmanship and customer experience. Confidence discussing repair vs. replacement honestly. Professional communication skills. Accountability and reliability. A team‑first mindset. ServiceTitan experience is a plus — but we train the right people. Compensation $24 – $40 per hour based on experience. Performance pay (reviews, tech generation leads, % on turnover jobs, etc.). Stable, year‑round work. Requirements EPA Certification (Preferred). NATE Certification (Preferred). Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and mechanical areas. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
