  As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while actively engaging patients and families throughout the continuum.
  
  

  
  

  
  You will monitor patient conditions, prioritize care needs, respond quickly to changes, and adjust care plans as neededcollaborating with the interdisciplinary team to influence patient outcomes.
  
  

  
  

  
  You will apply evidence-based practices and participate in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and enhance patient outcomes.
