Job Summary Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including: Writing estimates Conducting process reviews Checking in customer vehicles Completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice) Finalizing total loss administration Providing post repair plan communication and customer status updates while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards Benefits Benefits from day one: Immediately eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage Industry comparable pay, paid weekly Paid vacation & holidays, accrue from day one Paid skilled trainings and certifications (I‑CAR) Career growth opportunities – promotion from within Requirements 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred 21 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under company insurance policy Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License Abilities / Skills / Knowledge Physical capability to perform consistent activity—reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures Strong sales orientation Ability to understand written and verbal instructions Prioritization and adaptation to a fast‑paced environment Equal Employment Opportunity Caliber is an equal‑opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.
